Thank you for your email dated 11th November 2021 where you requested information on adverse reactions by vaccine batch number.
The information requested is withheld under Section 35 of the FOI Act. Section 35 of the FOI Act protects the internal deliberative process as it relates to government policy making. The MHRA and Department of Health will be undertaking discussions around the level of data and associated fields that should be placed in the public domain. Until this policy decision has been agreed we are unable to release additional data beyond what is included in the weekly summary of Yellow Card reporting.
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be submitted within two months of the date of this response; and can be addressed to this email address.
