Thank you for your email dated 3rd August 2021, where you had asked whether the MHRA could provide you with access to its adverse incident (AI) database.
Presently, the MHRA do not have any functionality to grant public access to our AI database, but we are planning to publish AI data on our website in the future as a part of Transparency pilot.
Also, we are unable to provide the information you have asked for as it is exempt from release under sections 40, 41 and 44 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000:*
