Thank you for your information request, dated 08 August, where you asked for the percentage (%) traceability achieved by Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and the University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust , as reported in the annual Blood Bank compliance reports.

In the case of University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust the site has a Blood Establishment Authorisation and is therefore not required to submit annual Blood Bank compliance reports.
