Thank you for your correspondence of 28th February 2022.
In response to part a), “is every marketing authorisation application that the CHM reviews and/or advises on reported in the CHM Final Summary Minutes?”
We confirm that this is correct, however, please note any information which could directly identify the product licence in question (e.g. Pl numbers, company names and specific application details) is not included in the summary minutes, due to protection of commercially confidentiality. As specified in your letter, a positive response to part a) negates the need to address parts b) and c) of your request.
