Thank you for your emails dated 6th and 8th February 2021, where you asked:
“1. How many yellow cards have you received that mention any vaccine included in the UKs vaccination programme between the dates 8/12/2020 -28/1/21 regardless if they are reporting ADR results or not. I want to know how many yellow cards in total were received by the MHRA that contain any information at all regarding the UKs current vaccination programme. 2. Copies of all yellow card reports pertaining to the data released by the MHRA on the 5/02/2021 showing coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine adverse reactions. These should be in a scanned or photo-copied format and can be emailed to me as attachments. 3. Copies of all yellow card reports not included in the released data but pertaining to any of the coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines currently in use in the U.K. 4. All copies of all yellow card reports submitted to the UK’s MHRA covering the dates 8/12/2020 - 21/1/2021. These should be in a scanned or photo-copied format and can be emailed to me as attachments.”
The published ADR data contains all the reports we have received via the Yellow Card scheme by healthcare professionals, patients and those submitted via Industry, this information is updated weekly and can be accessed through the link below: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/coronavirus-covid-19-vaccine-adverse-reactions
Yellow Card reports contain patient information and are exempt from release under Section 40 of the FOI Act which protects personal data, the disclosure of which would breach one or more of the data protection principles.
