This research represents the UK contribution to IEA Heat Pump Programme Annex 43: Fuel Driven Heat Pumps.

The project aims to identify the potential key market and technical barriers to deployment of gas driven heat pumps.

This research and evidence gathering looks at the market potential for the UK, the current technology state of the art, presents research findings on sorption materials and the tested performance of a gas driven heat pump, and provides a summary of all these activities.
