To tell HMRC about your premises if you intend to send out, set aside or supply gas for use as fuel in a road vehicle, you can either:
- use the online service
- fill in form on-screen, print and post it to HMRC
To use the service, you’ll need the Government Gateway user ID and password you used when you registered for excise duty on gas for use as fuel in a road vehicle.
Email HMRC to ask for this form in Welsh (Cymraeg).

You’ll need to fill in the form fully before you can print it. You cannot save a partly completed form so gather all your information together before you start to fill it in.
