About this form
To apply for relief using the online service, you need a Government Gateway user ID and password. If you do not have a user ID, you can create one when you apply.
You can also apply to get relief using the postal form (HO27). If you use this postal form, you may also need to fill in form H027B to register for the Industrial Reliefs Scheme.
Email HMRC to ask for this form in Welsh (Cymraeg).
