Further reply to 7th report, HLP 40-I/HC 73-I, session 2007-08 (ISBN 9780104012376), following on the earlier response published in May 2008 (Cm. 7378, ISBN 9780101737821). The response takes into account the response to the ‘Valuing people now’ consultation, and is published alongside ‘Valuing people now: a three year strategy for people with learning difficulties’ (Dept of Health)

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
