We have received 255 applications for leave to remain to exercise access rights to a British Citizen child. Of those 235 have been decided with a success rate of 53% and 20 remain outstanding.

We have received 25 applications for leave to remain in relation to a child that was born in the United Kingdom but is not a British Citizen. Of those 20 have been decided with a success rate of 80% and 5 remain outstanding
The Zambrano judgment has not had an affect on any of these applications
