The UK Presidency welcomed Trade, Environment and other Senior Officials from G7 partner countries the US, Canada, Germany, Japan, France, Italy and the EU Commission to share best practices and consider appropriate domestic actions in taking forward commitments to support sustainable supply chains.

The agenda covered key themes including:

  • National strategies and action identification
  • the role of trade policies
  • multi-stakeholder and private sector engagement
  • the Forest, Agriculture and Commodity Trade (FACT) Dialogue
