Thank you for your email dated 18 November 2020 regarding the work of the Groceries Code Adjudicator. In your email you asked for the following information:
Could you please provide up to date Names, Job Titles, telephone numbers and email addresses for the following;

- Senior Information Risk Owner

Or the equivalent job titles in your organisation.
In addition if you have an up to date 2020 senior staff organisation or structure chart could you please forward a copy to me in either Excel or pdf format.
Duty to confirm or deny whether the GCA holds the information
Under section 1(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (“FoIA”), anyone making a request for information to the GCA, as a public authority, is entitled to be informed in writing whether it holds that information, and if so, to be supplied with it.
I confirm that the Groceries Code Adjudicator (GCA) is a corporation sole, and accordingly the Adjudicator is the only employee of the GCA. The GCA is governed by the GCA Governance Board, which is composed of the Adjudicator, the GCA Head of Operations and Policy, and an independent member. Details of the Adjudicator and the GCA Governance Board members are included in the table below:
