This then enables us to fulfil our functions and policies. We will also use your email and phone number to contact you about data returns that are due, information about the collection timetable or communications relating to the DELTA system.
3. Legal basis for processing the data
This processing is necessary for performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller, (GDPR Article 6(1)(e)).
4. With whom we will be sharing the data
We will share your information with the team who provide the DELTA Helpdesk support service so that they can make any necessary changes to forms that are collected on DELTA.
5. For how long we will keep the personal data, or criteria used to determine the retention period
Your personal data will be held until you notify us that your role has changed and you are no longer required to provide data to us, or until we become aware that you no longer need to provide data to us. At this stage we will delete your details from our contact list.
6. Your rights, e.g. access, rectification, erasure
