The UK National Contact Point (NCP) for the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises (the Guidelines), along with the Swiss and Australian NCPs received a complaint from Global Legal Action Network (GLAN) (the Complainant) about three multinational enterprises invested in the Cerrejón mine in Colombia.
