This paper aims to provide a “one stop shop” concerning the governance arrangements for civilian diversity that need to be followed by MOD both across government and internally at both the strategic and working level.
These arrangements will give MOD increased confidence that it is drawing maximum benefit from the development and implementation of its diversity policies with a view to achieving a fair and inclusive “lived experience” for all staff.
