Following a fundamental review of current pay structures for the Senior Civil Service (SCS), the evidence from the Government to the Senior Salaries Review Body sets out a future vision for the SCS pay framework, a set of principles for change and specific proposals to begin movement towards a new pay framework from 2018/19.
