The Brook House Inquiry was set up in November 2019 to investigate the mistreatment of people who were detained at Brook House Immigration Removal Centre between 1 April and 31 August 2017.

The Inquiry report was published on 19 September 2023 and included 33 recommendations across 10 areas of concern.

This document provides a summary of progress in the 10 areas identified by the Inquiry.
