Details

This is the original government response to the consultation on the Occupational Pension Schemes (Schemes that were Contracted-out) Regulations 2015 – (“the 2015 Regulations”).

We revoked the 2015 Regulations and replaced them with The Occupational Pension Schemes (Schemes that were Contracted-out) (No.2) Regulations 2015 (S.I. 2015/1677) – (“the 2015 No.2 Regulations”).

We published a revised government response on 16 September 2015 on the consultation page.
