This report was commissioned by Government Social Research, with the aims of:

  • looking at research ethics from the perspectives of participants in research
  • identifying participants ethical requirements through their experiences of taking part in research

The technical report contains further information about the conduct of the study and explains key decisions taken in relation to its design.
