The Government has decided to accept the Legal Services Board’s recommendation that the Lord Chancellor make an order designating the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys as a Licensing Authority for the reserved legal activities of the exercise of a right of audience, conduct of litigation, reserved instrument activities and the administration of oaths.
