These examples are for illustration purposes only. A Grant Agreement is a standard contract between Homes England and all Rough Sleeping Accommodation Programme providers. The type of contract depends on the type of grant recipient. The issuing of individual contracts is handled by the Homes England Provider Services team.

For more information on the requirements providers must follow, see the Specialist Homes chapter of the Capital Funding Guide.

Rough Sleeping Accommodation Programme 2021 to 2024

The Rough Sleeping Accommodation Programme 2021 to 2024 will support up to 6,000 rough sleepers into longer term accommodation.

The programme will deliver longer-term, move-on accommodation and support services as part of the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government’s response to ensure rough sleepers brought into emergency accommodation do not return to sleeping rough.
