Details
You must report any action taken under a great crested newt survey or research licence (level 1 and 2). You must complete the form even if you have not taken any action.
This must be done by 31 October each year covering action taken for the previous 12 months, from 1 October to 30 September.
If you fail to do this, you’re no longer registered to use your licence.
