Details of the application
Grimsby Golf Club Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to vary licence serial number 4/29/10/*S/0108/R01 which authorises the abstraction of water from a surface water fed lake at Grimsby Golf Club, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire at National Grid Reference TA 23920 08614.
The variation applied for is to increase the daily abstraction limit from 87 cubic metres per day to 140 cubic metres per day, and to update the means of measurement of water abstracted.
There will be no other changes to the existing licence conditions under this variation.
