Details

The Groceries Code Adjudicator Act 2013 requires the government to review the performance and effectiveness of the GCA. This first review covers the period from the creation of the GCA in June 2013 to 31 March 2016.

The review was informed by a public consultation, evidence from the GCA’s annual reports and an independent survey of suppliers.
