Details

This information sheet was jointly developed by Public Health England (PHE) and HM Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) in response to an increase in GAS infections in prisons.

It provides people in prison with information on what GAS infections are and what they should do if signs or symptoms of the infection are observed.

The information sheet should be printed out and posted in clearly visible areas in prisons.
