1. 22 December 2017

   Added live running memo LR04, this has information about recent changes to chapters 1 and 4 of the provider guidance.

2. 21 December 2017

   Revised versions of chapters 1 and 4 published (both now dated December 17). Also added live running memo LR03.

3. 19 October 2017

   Published a revised chapter 2, updated to include Universal Credit live service participants as eligible for the provision. The revised chapter 2 is now dated Sept 2017.

4. 18 July 2017

   Revised versions of chapters 1 to 10 published (all dated July 17). Also published a new form - annex 7: exemption report. Further information about the changes can be found in live running memo 2.

5. 6 February 2017

   Published a revised version of chapter 9 (dated Feb 17) - this version includes a new email address for the disability employment provision policy enquiries team. Also published a revised version of annex 1 claim form - this version has new guidance on how to fill in the course reference information column.

6. 12 January 2017
