Use form BG1 to make a claim. If you’re claiming Guardian’s Allowance for more than one child, use BG1 (CS) to give details of the other children you want to claim for.
You could get Guardian’s Allowance if you’re bringing up a child whose parents have died. You may also qualify if there’s one surviving parent.
