It includes information on:

• the purpose of the temporary off-sales extension
• the difference between pavement licences and alcohol licences
• the new summary off-sales review process
• general advice on conducting off-sales

   Updated guidance published.

2. 23 August 2023

   The temporary off-sales permission has been extended to 31 March 2025.

3. 15 February 2023

   Amended dates as the regulations have been extended to September 2023.

4. 30 September 2021

   End date of off sales permission updated to 30 September 2022.

5. 3 August 2020

   Updated the guidance on submitting representations objecting to any interim steps made. Clarified the time by which licensing authority will be required to hold a hearing: within 48 hours (disregarding non-working days) of receiving representations.
