Details

For Tenants or the relevant person. Use form TFA1 to recover a prohibited payment or holding deposit from the landlord or letting agent Tenants.

For Landlords/Letting agents. Use form TFA2 if you want to appeal the enforcement authority’s decision to issue a financial penalty under the Tenant Fees Act.

The Government has produced guidance on the implementation of the Tenant Fees Act 2019.
