This strategy is for all veterinary professionals in government and should be read in parallel with the Civil Service Talent Management Framework and the Government Veterinary Services (GVS) Competence Framework.
This strategy is intended to support the identification and development of high potential GVS members in order to establish a strong succession for future senior/critical GVS roles. The strategy is aimed at all veterinary government staff.
