Details

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has decided not to open a review of the PPU arrangements between HCA International Limited and the University Hospital of South Manchester NHS Foundation Trust.

The Private Healthcare Market Investigation Order 2014 includes measures to ensure that arrangements between NHS trusts and private hospital operators to operate or manage a PPU can be reviewed by the CMA.
