Jeremy Hunt appeals to Mark Porter to call off the strike on 26 and 27 April that will see doctors withdraw potentially life-saving care, and to meet with him on Monday 25 April to discuss a better way forward.

Following a phone call on 25 April he wrote a second letter to Mark Porter to make clear that the offer of talks was still open.
