Details
The Health Visitor Implementation Plan published in February 2011, set out a call to action to expand and strengthen health visiting services. The plan includes the commitment to employ an extra 4,200 health visitors and on 30th March 2011 Anne Milton, Parliamentary Under-Secretary for Public Health, announced the start of a recruitment drive to help achieve this.
