Pharmacies should comply with these quality criteria as part of the profession-led self-assessment process to become level 1 Healthy Living Pharmacies.

The quality criteria and compliance with the self-assessment process have been developed by the HLP task group of the Pharmacy and Public Health Forum. The quality criteria have been endorsed and ratified by the Pharmacy and Public Health Forum.
