Recognising the independence of the Heathrow Community Engagement Board (HCEB), this memorandum of understanding sets out how the Department for Transport (DfT) and HCEB will develop their working relationship in regard to the current operations and proposed future development of Heathrow Airport. It establishes agreed principles on the basis of which the Department for Transport and Heathrow Community Engagement Board may work in a collaborative way, with a view to supporting:
