Social research with installers of heating systems in off gas grid areas of England and Wales

Details

This research was undertaken with installers of heating systems who work on off gas grid properties. It aims to:

  • develop an understanding of the impact and attitudes towards phasing out fossil fuel heating systems in these areas
  • explore what support could be provided to support installers with the phase out of fossil fuel heating systems off the gas grid

The data was collected through surveys and telephone interviews.

BEIS commissioned Impact Research Ltd to conduct the research.
