The purpose of processing personal data is to allow the Rural Payments Agency (RPA) to regulate the Management of Hedgerows (England) Regulations 2024 Statutory Instrument (SI). This is on behalf of the Secretary of State for the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra).
