The funding administration agreement example copy is the standard contract that developers and house builders will be required to enter into.
The briefing note explains Homes England’s requirements for National House Building Council (NHBC) or equivalent guarantees/warranties on each home sold under Help to Buy equity loan.
The example undertaking will be provided by the house builder’s solicitor.
