The programme is delivered by a network of business schools across the UK. It consists of:
- 50 hours of structured learning

- peer learning
- access to an alumni network
Evaluation findings produce evidence on the delivery and early impacts of Help to Grow: Management. This informs future programme design and feeds into decision making throughout the programme.
