most questions can be answered by checking our Travel Advice or our COVID-19 travel guidance

if you are outside the UK and you need advice which is not covered by our Travel Advice, you can contact us online. We respond to online enquiries within 10 working days

in an emergency, you can speak to us 24/7 by telephone on +44 (0)207 008 5000, or by calling your nearest British embassy, consulate or high commission, and selecting the relevant option from the menu
