Details

The High Speed Rail (Preparation) Act 2013 is an act of Parliament which allows the Secretary of State for Transport to incur expenditure in preparation for a high-speed rail network.

The act requires the Department for Transport to publish an annual expenditure report which is laid in Parliament.

This report covers the reporting period from 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019.
