Details
As set out in our business plan, the Highways Agency’s performance specification sets out the service that we are to deliver and the targets we are to meet by March 2015. The specification is broken down into five key outcomes which comprise 12 outputs that define the individual requirements we must meet.
For each requirement we have produced either a technical note or a scoping document to explain the format it will take and how we are going to meet the requirement.
Technical notes are a comprehensive explanation of how we currently collect, analyse and display the information that we produce.
Scoping documents provide a detailed outline of requirements that have not been previously reported; these set out what we propose to do in order to meet the requirement.
