Details of the application
Hillstreet UK Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is for a full licence to abstract water from well points within an area of Kempton Park Gravel Member at Shepperton, Surrey, between National Grid References TQ 06429 69087, TQ 06440 69090, TQ 06442 69086 and TQ 06430 69082.
The application is to abstract water as follows:
- 15 cubic metres an hour
- 346 cubic metres a day
- 126,144 cubic metres a year
- All year.
The water will be abstracted for the purpose of construction dewatering.
