HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) used the results from the Brand Perceptions research to inform communication strategies and to inform an ongoing programme of tracking research to monitor perceptions of HMRC.

The report examines;

  • individuals’ perceptions of HMRC and its brand
  • a comparison of HMRC’s brand with other organisations, including both private sector and public sector organisations
  • an understanding of what influences individuals’ perception of HMRC

The report presents the results from the research conducted in 2020.
