You will also need to avoid any involvement in your new role in individual cases where you have been involved in your current job. 2) For a period of 12 months from your last day of service, you will not become involved in proactive lobbying of UK Government Ministers or Crown servants, including Special Advisers (you may, however, take part in public consultations on the same basis as anyone else). 3) Whilst still employed by HMRC, you will need to stop any further direct involvement with the development of future government policy and ensure that you will have no involvement in cases involving PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP clients |
