HMRC disability action plan 2024 to 2027
This shows how HM Revenue and Customs is proposing to fulfil its duties under section 49A of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995.

In compliance with our Northern Ireland statutory obligations under section 49A and section 49B of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 as amended by the Disability Discrimination (NI) Order 2006, HMRC has produced a Disability Action Plan to demonstrate how we continue to:
- promote positive attitudes towards disabled people
- encourage participation by disabled people in public life
The plan will be implemented across the UK.
This report sets out what we have achieved to date, and the plan provides practical measures we will deliver to help transform lives of disabled people who work for, or interact with, HMRC.
