This Estimates Memorandum details HMRCs main budgetary changes for the 2024 to 2025 financial year.

HM Treasury laid the 2024 to 2025 Main Estimates in Parliament on 17 July 2024 with the aim of receiving Royal Assent ahead of the summer recess. These estimates confirm each government department’s budgets for the financial year.

The Main Estimate Memorandum and accompanying tables are made available here in lieu of their publication on the Treasury Select Committee website, in advance of the committee being re-established having ceased following the dissolution of Parliament on 30 May 2024.
