HMRC mid-year report to Parliament: April to September 2014
This mid-year report shows HMRC is on track to meet its tax revenue targets, while continuing to reduce costs and improve customer service.

The report, which covers the first half of the financial year 2014 to 2015, explains how HMRC continues to make significant changes to the way it operates, for example:
- handling 89% of customer calls during the tax credits renewals peak compared to just 16% the year before
- introducing 03 numbers that are cheaper for most of its customers
