Details

The report, which covers the first half of the financial year 2014 to 2015, explains how HMRC continues to make significant changes to the way it operates, for example:

  • handling 89% of customer calls during the tax credits renewals peak compared to just 16% the year before
  • introducing 03 numbers that are cheaper for most of its customers
