The HMRC Strategy includes our values, a series of key decisions we have taken in order to achieve our objectives and the principles we hold that will inform everything we do.

The strategy will guide decision making, prioritisation and planning across the department, ensuring that all of HMRC’s activity is taken forward in a clear and consistent manner.

Note: our strategic objectives were revised in April 2021: you can read them on the ‘About us’ page on GOV.UK.
