A ministerial direction to the Environment Agency to clear the illegally dumped waste from Hoads Wood, near Ashford, in Kent, due to the site of special scientific interest (SSSI) designation of the site and the complex and fragmented landownership.

This ministerial direction has been issued by the Secretary of State, Rt Hon Steve Barclay MP.
